Brenda Holden Jackson began her professional career as a Financial Analyst with IBM. After thirty years of service, she entered the funeral industry and became a licensed Funeral Director in 1998. She holds a Bachelor′s Degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Central University and the Funeral Service Diploma from Fayetteville Technical Community College. She has also done graduate work at Central University of Michigan.

Brenda is responsible for Funeral Directing, public relations and PreNeed consulting. A member of Zebulon First Baptist, Zebulon, NC, she is also a lifetime member of the Wake/Wendell Branch of the NAACP, she serves on the Board of Directors of CDC Restoration, Inc. of Rolesville, NC and is a member of the National Association of University Women.
