Elton Leon Andrews serves as a funeral associate with William Toney’s Funeral Home. He attended Southern Nash Sr. High School graduating in 1984. After graduation, Leon attended Wilson Technical Community College to acquire his certification to operate heavy equipment. In 1987, Leon began employment with the City of Raleigh Sanitation Department and has continued to work there for over 30 years. He is a member of the Rocky Chapel Missionary Baptist Church where he serves on the usher board. Leon is also a member of the Martin Luther King Lodge #294 from Spring Hope.
