Mr. Derrick R. Clark, age 57, departed this earthly life on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Nash Healthcare, Rocky Mount.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM, Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Sandy Fork Missionary Baptist Church, Wilson. Interment will follow at Meeks Cemetery, Spring Hope.
A visitation will be held from 1-2PM, prior to the funeral service at the church.
