Mr. James Edward Pope

Mr. James Edward Pope, age 46 of Middlesex, departed this earthly life on Thursday, February 22, 2018.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Middlesex.  Interment will follow at Middlesex Memorial Gardens.

A visitation will be held from 12-1PM, prior to the funeral service at the church.

James  leaves to cherish memories: one daughter, Jasmine Shekaria Pope (mother, Sheila Godwin) of the home; two sisters, Miranda Pope of Clayton, NC and Mecheryl Bryant of Middlesex, NC; one brother, 'Lil Shag' of Raleigh, NC; three uncles, Clifton E. Pope of Wendell, NC, David W. Pope of Bailey, NC and Charles R. Pope of  Middlesex, NC; four aunts, Brenda Scarboro of Middlesex, NC, Judie Williams of Bailey, NC,  Betty J. Gilmore of Middlesex, NC and Elizabeth Hunter of Raleigh NC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including a close friend, Yolanda Baines.
