Mr. Willie Oscar Strickland, age 75 of Wilson, departed this earthly life on Sunday, November 3, 2019.

Memorial Services will be held on Friday at 12:00 PM at William Toney's Funeral Home, 516 S. Poplar Street, Spring Hope, NC 

He is survived by: his wife, Sandra Strickland of Rocky Mount; one daughter, Darcell Strickland of Rocky Mount; two step sons, Cornelius Battle and Maurice Battle of Rocky Mount; two grandsons, Zykezion Strickland and Jalyas Bellamy both of Rocky Mount; one granddaughter, Cornisha Shaw of Rocky Mount; one sister, Martha Perry of the home; one brother, William Strickland of the home; one brother-in-law, Thomas Wilkins, Sr. of Greensboro; one sister-in-law, Sarah Strickland of Wilson, a host of other relatives and friends.
