Mrs. Barbara Jean Lucas Morgan

Mrs. Barbara Jean Lucas Morgan, age 74 of Bailey, departed this earthly life on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Wilson Medical Center, Wilson.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Union View Baptist Church, Bailey.  Interment will follow at Middlesex Memorial Gardens, Middlesex.

A visitation will be held from 11AM-1PM, prior to the funeral at the church.

She leaves to cherish her memories:  two sons, Trent Lucas of Bailey, NC and Daryl Lucas of Fayetteville, NC; seven grandchildren, Travis Lucas, of Bailey, NC, Kristina Lucas and Ashley Lucas of Madison, Wisconsin, Destiny Lucas, Daryl Lucas, Jr., Sebastian Lucas and Isiah Lucas of Augusta, GA; three great grandchildren, Rashawn Lucas and Trace Lucas of Bailey, NC and Kailyn Robertson of Madison, Wisconsin; three sisters, Vernice Davis, Gloria Davis and Tamika Davis all of Bailey, NC; five brothers, Troy Davis (Linda), Lonnie Davis and Stanley Davis all of Bailey, NC, Randolph Davis (Jean) of Whitakers, NC and Russell Davis (Tonya) of Spring Hope, NC; five aunts, Mary McIver of Newark, NJ, Willistine Battle (Thurman) of Wilson, NC, Lois Washington (Vernon) and Dorothy Tabron both of Bailey, NC and Helen Lucas of Sims, NC; four uncles, Rudolph Davis (Dorothy) of Bethlehem, PA, Joe Lucas of Sims, NC, Johnny Lucas (Doris) of Wilson, NC and Harold Lucas (Gail) of Bailey, NC; several nieces and nephews; a special friend, Percy Finch of Sims, NC; three special cousins, Gwen Norwood of Newark, NJ, Jackie Perry of Bailey, NC and Robin McIver of Newark, NJ; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
