Mr. Carl Edward Vines, Sr., age 64 of Zebulon departed this on April 23, 2020.

Private Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Zebulon City Cemetery in Zebulon. Those who would like to join the family in the Celebration of Life are invited to join them through live stream at William Toney's Facebook page at 2:00 PM. A viewing will be held on Monday from 5-7 PM at William Toney's Funeral Home in Zebulon.

He is survived by: his children, Lakeshia Vines, Antonio Vines and Carl Vines, Jr. all of Willow Springs; sisters, Gloria Sanders of Raleigh, Novella Vines of Zebulon and Peggy Wright of Baltimore, MD; brothers, LeRoy Vines of Zebulon, and James Champion, Jr. (Dee Dee) of Wendell; a host of other relatives and friends.
