> Mrs. Annette Lorene Artis Mills, age 83 of Spring Hope departed this life on March 24, 2023. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 12:00PM at the Mills Family Cemetery, Spring Hope. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4-6 at William Toney's Funeral Home, Spring Hope. She is survived by: her husband, Phillip Mills; daughter, Rhonda Mills; son, Bryan Mills (Brenda); four grandchildren, Joshua Hall, Raven Johnson, Bradley Mills and Brinson Mills; 4 great grandchildren, Messiah Hall, Elijah Hall, Ariyah Hall and Rennessey Hall; brothers, Marvin Artis, Jr., Donnelver  Artis and Sherman Artis; her dear friend, Vicky Brandon; a host of other relatives and friends.
