Mrs. Billie B. Bagley, age 73 of Sims, departed this earthly life on Monday, August 31, 2020.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM, Thursday, September 3, 2020 at William Toney's Funeral Home, Spring Hope.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Curtis L. Bagley of the home; daughter Barbie Blackwell of Atlanta, GA; one sister, Queen Ester (Arthur) Perry of Middlesex; two brothers, Wilson Blackwell of Raleigh, and Dewitt Blackwell of Rocky Mount, NC; one brother-in-law, Jimmy D. (Jennifer) Bagley; goddaughter, Neakisa Strickland, godson, Sam Jones; best friend, Gwendolyn Jones; former employer and friend, Sue Holland and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She loved her fur babies; Phife (Phoo), Brook and "Baby Dog" Tyler Perry.
