Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at 2:00PM at Rock Hill Missionary Baptist Church 2553 West Old Spring Hope Road, Nashville, NC. A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 4:00PM-7:00PM. Burial will take place at St. John Baptist Church, Red Oak.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Mr. Roger Avent, Sr.; her children, Robin Sweet and Roger Randolph Avent, Jr.; 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; her brother, James Otis Leonard; sister-in-law, Chris Avent Felder; a host of relatives and friends.
