Mrs. Ernestine Brinkley, age 94 of Spring Hope, departed this earthly life on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Wilson Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation, Wilson.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, May 7, 2022 at William Toney's Funeral Home, Spring Hope.  Interment will follow at Meeks Cemetery, Spring Hope.

A viewing will be held from 3:00PM - 7:00PM, Friday, May 6, 2022 at William Toney's Funeral Home, Spring Hope.

Surviving: Sons, Robert Davis (Evelyn) of Spring Hope and Max Brinkley (Lennie) of Hampton, VA; Daughters, Peggy Blackman (Albert) of Spring Hope and Jacqueline Brinkley of Spring Hope; brother, James Davis; Grandchildren, Angela, Wanda, Lakesha, Kendra, Alton, Myron, Rodney, John, Maurice, Albert III, and Justin; 22 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great- grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
