Ms. Betty Pearl Sessoms Maxwell

Ms. Betty Pearl Maxwell, age 75 of Spring Hope, departed this earthly life on Friday, April 15, 2022.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 21, 2022, at William Toney's Funeral Home, Spring Hope.  Interment will follow at Strickland Family Cemetery.  

A viewing will be held from 11:00-1:00 PM, prior to the service at the funeral home.

She leaves to forever cherish her memories:  two sons, Tony Sessoms(Cheryl) of Louisburg, North Carolina and Derrick Sessoms of Newark, New Jersey;  one grandson, Kevin Sessoms, of Williamston, North Carolina;  one brother, William Ray "Sess" Sessoms of Spring Hope, North Carolina;  one sister, Carrie Barnes of New York;  one aunt, Martha Strickland of Wilson, North Carolina;  two uncles, William Strickland of Wilson, North Carolina and Harvey Wiggins of Rocky Mount, North Carolina;  one sister-in-law, Lillie Sessoms Freeman of Bailey, North Carolina;  six nieces, five nephews, twenty-six great-nieces and great-nephews;  two special friends, Mary Doughty Sessoms and Paula Hall;  and a host of other relatives and friends.
