Mr. Raymond Lucas, Jr., age 74 of Spring Hope North Carolina, departed his earthly life on Saturday, September 4, 2021.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Lucas Family Cemetery, 8329 Pleasant Grove Church Road, in Spring Hope. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3-7 PM at William Toney's Funeral Home in Spring Hope.

He is survived by: his wife, Victoria Lucas; his children, Shalanda Lucas of Spring Hope, Raymond Lucas, III of Spring Hope and Coletta Wilson of Nashville; sisters, Shirley Silver of Raleigh, Ella "Peaches" Lucas, Evella Lucas and JoAnn Richardson (Murrill) all of Spring Hope; brothers, Floyd Lucas (Viola) of Nashville, Freddie Lucas (Diane) of Dunn, Dwight Lucas of Raleigh, Barry Lucas (Iris) and AC Lucas (Rachel) both of Clayton; 4 grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
