Brenda Parker Grady serves as a funeral associate with William Toney’s Funeral Home. Brenda initially began employment with our team under the leadership of the late William Toney while she was in high school. After graduating from Southern Nash Sr. High School, Brenda attended Winston Salem State University. She returned to Spring Hope embarking in careers with Peoples Bank, Nash County Sheriff’s Office, and finally settling at the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles. While working there, she has served as a Driver License Examiner, Senior Driver License Examiner, District Supervisor, and lastly as a Regional Chief Examiner. Brenda retired in January 2011, after serving for more than 30 years with the State of North Carolina. Feeling the need to reconnect with her William Toney’s Funeral Home family and serving her community, Brenda delightfully rejoined the staff in 2005. Brenda proudly acknowledges her only daughter, Danyelle Parker and grand-daughter, Jayla Parker.
